International Students Registration Notice
The envelop contains the following materials:
Admission Letter, 2018 Class New Foreign Students Registration Notice, 2018 Class Foreign Students Registration Information Collection Form and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202).
Registration Information:
Please take the following materials when you come to do the register:
Admission Letter (Original and 2 copies)
Visa Application for Study in China (JW202)
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
Passport and Copies (3 copies for your passport, 1 copy for your visa page and 1 copy for the page which stamped by the Immigration Control)
Six passport photos with white background and digital copy

Registration Address: Room 101, No.52 Building, Overseas Student Affairs Office, School of International Education
Note:If students, for some reason, should postpone their registration, they should go through the formalities to the Overseas Students Affairs Office by email or fax, and the qualification will be kept for at most four weeks. Any student who does not go through the necessary formalities will be regarded as relinquishing enrolment automatically .
Payment Information
Here is the several types of the payment which you need pay to the University:
Tuition fee: charges based on criteria related to different pathways;
Accommodation fee: ￥3000(yuan)/academic year(Quadruple Room, include two double room and one private bathroom. We also provide the air conditioning, hot water, internet and some furniture. But you need pay the bill of electric and hot water by yourself);
Comprehensive insurance fee for foreign students who are study in China: ￥600(yuan)/academic year
Physical examination fee: around ￥400(yuan)/person (the foreign students who will study in our university more than 6 months, you must go to Changzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau conducts physical examination);
Residence permit fee: if the residence permit is valid for one year, you need pay for ￥400(yuan)/person, you need pay for ￥800(yuan)/person, if the validity period is more than one year, but within three years. The specific amount is subject to the regulations of the Public Security Bureau for entry and exit;
Bedding fee: around￥550(yuan)/suit;
Book fee: Specifically based on the list of fees for the current term;
Prepaid campus card fee: ￥100(yuan)/person(include ￥20yuan for flat cost and ￥80yuan consumable amount).
Note: the students who are in the TSP program don’t need to pay for the first three types.

Route information
Route to Changzhou:
If your flight will landed at Beijing Capital International Airport,then you need to take the high-speed train to Changzhou North Railway Station (the price of the train ticket is around ￥500yuan,and expected to arrive in Changzhou around 5 hours);
If your flight will landed at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, we advise you to take the airport coach to Changzhou Bus Station (the price of the coach ticket is around ￥100yuan, and expected to arrive in Changzhou around 3 hours);
If your flight will landed at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, we advise you to take the high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Changzhou Railway Station (the price of the train ticket is around ￥75yuan,and expected to arrive in Changzhou around 1 hour);
If your flight will landed at Nanjing Lukou International Airport, we advise you to take the airport coach to Changzhou Bus Station (the price of the coach ticket is around ￥65yuan, and expected to arrive in Changzhou around 3 hours).
Route to University
If you take the bus No.38 at the South Square of Changzhou Railway Station, you need get off at “Jiangsu li gong”
If you take the taxi at the South Square of Changzhou Railway Station, and it will cost about ￥30yuan.
If you take the bus B1 or B19 at Changzhou North Railway Station , you need take off at “Lanling Lu Guanghua Lu”and then transfer the bus No.38,and get off at “Jiangsu li gong”
If you take the taxi at Changzhou North Railway Station, and it will cost about ￥50yuan.
Note: if you wanna come to university by bus, please take some coins with you.
Attentions
The new foreign students who fail to pass the Physical examination (health standards for foreigners who do not meet the requirements of the Chinese National Health and Quarantine Department), should return to your country immediately. If you have other diseases, and the medical unit proves that the short-term treatment can meet the health standards, after you apply and get the approval from the SIE, you can retain the admission qualification for one year, and you have to leave China for their own countries within a month, at their own expenses.
Please pay attention on your person safety and belongings when you are on the way to the university.
